ADVISOR BIO

Leor Chechik is a tech and diversity professional with 17+ years of industry experience offering career advising services.
 

Leor gained extensive professional experience and insights working with innovative teams at Oracle, rising to the role of Director of Technical Programs. During her successful career as a software developer, she founded a community for women in tech which grew into one of the largest employee resource groups at the organization, with over 1,000 members. As community leader, Leor gained substantial coaching experience, hosting varied sessions including career panels, networking workshops, mentorship circles, 1-on-1 advising and tech career conferences. For her achievements, Leor was honored to receive the Professional BusinessWomen of California Industry Leader Award.

Leor gained her Computer Science MS degree at Stanford University following her Computing Science BSc at the University of Glasgow, UK. She is currently completing her JD at Santa Clara University School of Law, and enjoys travelling with her husband and two kids.
